They are mainly matched for crawler-type full-hydraulic open-cut rock drilling rigs and used for drilling medium and large aperture blast holes in projects such as open pit mine development, building stone mining, and hydropower engineering dam excavation.

Product Characteristics

1. The thread sizes at both ends of the rod body are different, the big end is connected to the equipment, and the small end is connected to the drill bit.

2. Most of the drill rods are made of hexagonal hollow steel, and less circular hollow steel is used.

3. According to the internal and external thread types, it is divided into MF rod and extension rod. Most of the drill rods are MF rods, and the lengths are generally 3550mm and 4305mm.

1. Drill rod types: extension rod, MF rod, and guide rod;

2. Length: 3050mm, 3660mm, 4265mm, 6095mm, etc;

3. Rod size: H32, H38, D32, D39, D46, D52, D56, D64, D76, and D87;

4. Thread size: R32, R38, T38, T45, and T51;

5. 5 types of drill bits: cross bit, button bit, drop center button bit, retrac button bit, and drop center retrac button bit;

6. Bits diameter: button bit – 51mm to 127mm; cross bit – 50mm to 65mm.
