Thread Diameter Inspection Tools

Consider testing the thread diameter means checking whether the thread diameter size is up to standard, so it can be tested by checking its maximum and minimum limit size with a smooth gauge.

However, this kind of detection is very cumbersome and cannot be tested in batches, so it is generally not used. If the product is used as the inspection gauge, the accuracy of the inspection cannot be measured, its scale cannot be controlled, and it is difficult to guarantee product quality. If a tool microscope or a contour meter is used for inspection, the size of the threads can be directly obtained, the product inspection requires a sample, especially for the inspection of internal threads, which requires high precision, slow inspection speed, and high investment in inspection equipment. The use of special waveform thread gauges is the simplest and most feasible because it is a special gauge with a fixed value, which is not only simple in structure and easy to use but also highly efficient in the inspection.
